Service Request Control
As each of the services have a range of numbers, statistics can
be performed by each of the commercial agencies to easily
know which services are used most in each office.
Waiting Room Monitor
If the client decides to wait in the room, they can track their turn through a monitor. In addition to the status of those attended, you can place advertisements or agency’s educational or corporate material.
Productivity Monitoring
The system monitors the productivity of the employees
according to the attention, service and waiting times per
customer. It also shows how long an employee has been without
attending any client.
Virtual Wait
The customer will have the option to monitor their turn over the internet by accessing the portal designated for the agency. The portal always adapts to mobiles for easy access. The agency will also have the space available on this portal to be able to publish informative material or announcements so that its customers are aware of the information.
Back-End
Within the Back-End, the numbers can be assigned to the different categories of the row. The system administrator will be
able to assign the categories, in addition to users and their work profiles.
